COACHES
We’re here to help you succeed!
Jin Lee
Owner
Jin is the owner and a coach at CrossFit Volition. His CrossFit trek started in 2011 at a 24-Hour Fitness, where a trainer turned his world upside down by introducing him to a WOD called “Christine”. Being decently competitive in Tae Kwon Do, doing 3 rounds of 3 simple movements didn’t look like much of a challenge. All he remembers is thinking that he just got hit by a car and that the soles of his feet felt like he was going through Chinese foot binding. Jin wishes with much gratitude to initiate this same feeling with others that step into the gym for the first time. Time for after-WOD selfies!
