Drop In:  If you want to drop-in, we ask that you support our ohana by purchasing a shirt or by paying a $25 drop-in fee.

Free Trial: We offer free trials during any of our CrossFit classes as long as you have prior CrossFit experience. If you are completely new to CrossFit and want to give it a try, we ask that you come to our Saturday Community class at 9:00am!
