Starting at CrossFit Volition is easy! Follow these simple steps and we’ll get you kicking butt and looking sexy in no time!
STEP 1: CONTACT US FOR AN INTRODUCTION
This is where everyone starts. Contact us via phone or email now to ask about classes and our stellar CF Volition Staff! This is where you get to meet our coaches, become part of the community, and see that YES THE HYPE IS REAL! If you have prior CF experience, we'll also be conducting an initial assessment to test you into our general CrossFit classes.
STEP 2: FUNDAMENTALS
Already CrossFit? Contact us about joining. New to CrossFit? This is where you start! We offer a group class titled "CrossFit Fundamentals" geared to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit. If you've never tried CrossFit before, this step is required before you go into our general classes. The goal of this program is to get you moving into our regular classes as quickly and safely as possible. We promise that regardless of one's fitness level, you'll have a great workout and meet even better friends.
STEP 3: GENERAL CROSSFIT
Once you have finished our required four course fundamentals cycle, or have prior CrossFit experience and have passed our movement assessment, then this is your home base. This is where majority of our members spend time improving their fitness. Our general CrossFit class is an inclusive program focused on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on general health and mobility. Each class is filled with strength training and high-intensity conditioning guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life! What are you waiting for?
