Never tried CrossFit or need a refresher? This is where you start! The fundamental program is a 3 class cycle with a small group of other beginners to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit. The goal of this program is to get you moving into our regular classes as quickly and safely as possible. After your 3 class cycle, you can join the general CrossFit classes. The cost of the program covers 3 fundamental classes and general CrossFit classes for the remainder of the month. Schedule your first session by yourself, or with a buddy today!

Our general CrossFit class is an inclusive program focused on developing functional fitness with an emphasis on general health and mobility. Each class is filled with strength training and high-intensity conditioning guaranteed to get you in the best shape of your life!
